Description
HappySense, with 5-HTP, naturally enhances serotonin, which in turn improves mood, reduces cravings and increases energy. Healthy levels of serotonin help to deal with stressors leaving a feeling of relaxation and calm.

Directions (Adults):
- Healthy Mood Balance: Take 1 caplet 3 times daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects. For use beyond 1 year, consult a health care practitioner. To minimize the risk of gastrointestinal side effects, start dosing at 100 mg 2 times daily and slowly increase to 3 times daily over a period of 2 weeks.
- Relief of Symptoms of Fibromyalgia: Take 1 caplet 3–4 times daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 2 weeks to see beneficial effects. For use beyond 1 year, consult a health care practitioner. To minimize the risk of gastrointestinal side effects, start dosing at 100 mg 2–3 times daily and slowly increase to an effective dose over a period of 2 weeks.
- Migraine Prophylaxis: Take 1 caplet 2–3 times daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 2–3 weeks to see beneficial effects. For use beyond 1 year, consult a health care practitioner. To minimize the risk of gastrointestinal side effects, start dosing at 100 mg 2 times daily and slowly increase to 3 times daily over a period of 2 weeks.
- Weight Management: Take 3 caplets 3 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take 30 minutes prior to a meal. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks. To minimize the risk of gastrointestinal side effects, start dosing at 100 mg 2–3 times daily and slowly increase to an effective dose over a period of 2 weeks.
- Sleep Aid: Take 1–2 caplets with food 30–45 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by a health care practitioner. For use beyond 1 year, consult a health care practitioner.
