IBS, Diarrhea (Adults): Stir one scoop (5 g) in 250 mL of water, 1-2 times daily or as directed by a healthcare
practitioner. -
Constipation, Stool, Glycemic Index (Adults): Stir one scoop (5 g) or two scoops (10 g) in 250 mL of water or as
directed by a healthcare practitioner. -
IBS, Diarrhea (Children Above 8 Years Old): Stir one scoop (5 g) in 250 mL of water or as directed by a
healthcare practitioner. -
